During our event in November, a lady who owned a cake bakery reached out to us.
We asked: "What are your objectives for your business this year?"
She simply wanted more customers and patronage.
For us, that was a usual task. We researched her business and her industry, then proposed 10 innovative ideas packaged into 3 tiers.
One of the standout ideas: we created and branded a stand for a game. People would taste small pieces of cake and guess the flavour to win points.
